Who is responsible for your information
Go Yolo Travel is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at will@goyolotravel.co.uk.
Contact and quote enquiries
Our Contact and Beat the Quote forms open your own email app with the information you enter. The website does not save a database copy. If you choose to send the email, your name, email address, enquiry and any trip or quote details you provide are delivered to our Hostinger business email account.
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, provide the Beat the Quote service and manage any continuing conversation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and operating these requested services.
We normally delete enquiry and quote emails within 12 months of the last contact, unless the conversation remains active or we need to retain information for a legal or record-keeping reason. Contact details are not added to a marketing list without separate permission.
If you separately give permission on the Beat the Quote form, we may use non-identifying trip details and quoted prices in public Go Yolo Travel content. We will not publish your name or email address. You may withdraw that permission by contacting us before the content is published.
Affiliate links
Some links take you to third-party booking providers and may identify Go Yolo Travel as the referring website. The provider processes your booking and payment under its own privacy policy.
Analytics and cookies
Where enabled, optional analytics may help us understand which pages are useful. Non-essential tracking is not permitted before you accept it. See our Cookie Policy and use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice.

The Go Yolo Travel app
The app has its own privacy controls covering trip data, analytics choices, export, forgetting a trip on a device and deletion by the trip creator.
